Delivery Locations  

We’re delighted to deliver to all pin codes across India! While we don’t currently offer international shipping, we’re working on expanding to serve you better.   

Order Processing Timeline  

Once you place your order, our team gets right to work. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.  

After processing your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email with all the details so you’re always in the loop.   

Estimated Delivery Time  

Depending on your location, your order should arrive within 3-8 business days. We do our best to bring your favorite styles to your doorstep as quickly as possible.   

Failed Delivery Attempts  

If delivery doesn’t succeed due to an incorrect address, the recipient being unavailable, or a refusal to accept the package:   
 

Our courier partner will make up to three attempts to deliver your order.   
 

If all attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. 

Handling Damaged or Lost Packages  

We take every precaution to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, if your package is damaged:   
 

Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it and include a photo of the damage.   
 

In rare cases of lost packages, we’ll coordinate with our courier partner to investigate. Based on the findings, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.   

Special Delivery Information  

Certain items, like delicate fabrics or bulkier bundles, may have specific delivery requirements. Any such details will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
