Can You Cancel Your Order? 

Mogix Technology, We’re all about getting your favorite styles to you as quickly as possible! Because of this, cancellations are only allowed before your order is packed or dispatched. Once your order is prepped for shipment, we won’t be able to cancel it. 
 

A Few Exceptions to Note: 
 

Custom or Personalized Items: Unfortunately, these cannot be canceled once production begins. 
 

Sale or Promotional Items: Some discounted products may have special cancellation policies, which will be highlighted during checkout. 
 

To check if your order is still eligible for cancellation, simply log into your account or contact our support team. Acting promptly increases the chances of a successful cancellation! 
 

How to Cancel Your Order 

Canceling your order is a breeze! Just follow these steps: 
 

Log into Your Account: Head over to swagrace and sign in. 
 

Access ‘Order History’: Look for the section where all your orders are listed. 
 

Select Your Order: Choose the order you’d like to cancel. 
 

Cancel It: Follow the instructions to complete the cancellation process. 
 

If you run into any issues, don’t worry—our support team is here to assist you. Remember, cancellations can only be processed before your order is packed or shipped. 
 

Refunds for Canceled Orders 

Once we confirm your cancellation, we’ll kick off the refund process immediately. The refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method. While we act quickly on our end, processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, so please allow a few business days for the funds to appear. Need an update?
